As your doula, I bring my own experiences of birthing, nursing and mothering my 8 kids to enrich my work as I support and nurture you on your journey to birth and beyond. My passion is empowering women as they transition into motherhood.

These are the service I provide:

• From the minute you hire my services till 6 weeks postpartum, unlimited text and/or email support.

• Two prenatal visits where I listen to your concerns and needs for support. We will discuss your vision for birth and work together to create a plan for your labor, birth and postpartum.  Discuss birth options and practice comfort measures and relaxation techniques. I will provide resources and information for evidence based practices, including books/reading suggestions and access to my personal library of books on pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and parenting.

• Offer healthy nutrition tips, holistic options and organic, handcrafted nourishing herbal teas throughout pregnancy.

• On call from 38 weeks

• Continuous labor support in your home, birth center or hospital.

• Post birth support for you and your partner, help with bonding, initiating breastfeeding. I will make sure you are all settled in with your newborn before leaving.

• Postpartum phone and text support for 6 weeks.

• 1 postpartum visit - anywhere from the first week to around 6 weeks or a whatsapp video/zoom or phone call at your convenience, to help with recovery and post birth wellness. I provide nourishing herbal teas, aromatherapy, peri spray, herbs & instructions for sitz baths or peri wash. Discuss baby care, offer breastfeeding support, nutritional and emotional support and tips and other issues as needed.

• Optional, custom herbal iron tonic or nursing teas and natural, herbal baby products.

• Information on babywearing and access to my personal lending library of baby carriers.

• To ensure quality care and have the time to build a relationship, I limit the amount of clients per month. 

• I look forward to custom tailoring a doula package to best suit your unique needs and budget.
